American “Civilizational Suicide” Causes Escalating Fears Of World War III

A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov observing that the European Union is “effectively replacing one addiction with another” by becoming so reliant on energy imports from the United States, with him stating: “And now, when Europeans are spending billions of euros every day, these billions of dollars are being earned in Washington”, says the effect of Europeans switching from cheap Russian energy to vastly more costly American imports has just slammed into Austria where natural gas prices surged by 119%—and while watching his nation suffer because of sanctions imposed on Russia by the socialist Western colonial powers, it caused former Austrian Vice-Chancellor Heinz-Christian Strache to factually assess: “Austria has shown Europe how the sanctions are damaging itself…If it goes on like this, next year in March and April we will face mass insolvencies and bankruptcies…If the crisis is exacerbated and more people get desperate, this could bring a dangerous development in the form of social tensions that we all do not want…At the same time the restrictions have failed to undermine the Russian economy…This year the Russians have doubled their business raking in $220 billion in revenue”.

With the United States placing Western Europe in a trap over Russia and China, this report notes, Chinese President Xi Jinping responded by traveling to Saudi Arabia on Friday calling on leaders from the top oil producing nations to conduct oil sales by using the Chinese Yuan in order to devalue the US Dollar—and was a move causing international geopolitical experts to assess: “As Atlanticists continue their commitment to a future shaped by energy scarcity, food scarcity, and war with their nuclear-capable neighbors, most states in the Persian Gulf that have long been trusted allies of the west have quickly come to realize that their interests are best assured by cooperating with Eurasian states like China and Russia who don’t think in those zero-sum terms”.

After Russian military forces plunged Odessa and its 1.5 million citizens into darkness with kamikaze drone strikes on critical infrastrucure on Saturday, this report continues, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky told Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden yesterday that Russian missile strikes have destroyed 50% of Ukraine’s energy facilities, then Zelensky thanked Biden for ‘unprecedented support”—shortly after which the White House released the statement: “President Biden welcomed President Zelensky’s stated openness to a just peace based on fundamental principles enshrined in the United Nations Charter”—but in factual reality, the 10-point so-called peace plan put forward by Zelensky has already been rejected by Russia as being “unacceptable”.

To make sure the conflict keeps ongoing, this report details, European Union top foreign policy chief Josep Borrell yesterday proclaimed that EU members must pour more resources into boosting their military capabilities to ensure the flow of weapons will continue “until Ukraine prevails over Russia”, then stated: “We have given weapons to Ukraine, but in so doing, we realized that our military stockpiles have been depleted…The situation has been a wake-up call for all of us about our military capabilities…You do not fight wars with bank notes, and there is a long way between allocating money and developing physical and human operational capabilities”—a statement followed this morning by Borrell revealing EU members failed to agree on the ninth package of sanctions against Russia during a meeting in Brussels among top diplomats.

Earlier today, this report notes, Ukraine admitted that their air defense cannot shoot down the Russian ballistic missiles obliterating their infrastructure—an admission that followed former top Pentagon advisor and combat tactical legend retired US Army Colonel Douglas Macgregor, Ph.D. warning last week: “The complete destruction of Ukraine is unavoidable”—then this weekend, Colonel Macgregor had an extensive discussion with world-renowned military historian Dr. Michael Vlahos of the United States Naval Academy, wherein they examined the strategic choices that have led to NATO strategic failure in Ukraine, explored the many pathways to American military defeat and strategic failure, and how these have worked in concert, as they are now culminating in Ukraine, acknowledged the truth that Ukraine is “a proxy war done on denial and deceit” by the United States against Russia, and revealed that this proxy war is supported by the over 250 American public relations firms hired by Ukraine, whose propaganda is spread by the socialist Biden Regime, leftist media and the Pentagon.

Among the main repositories for lying and deceitful American proxy war propaganda, this report continues, is the influential and well-informed publication Foreign Policy, whose just released article “U.S. Plans For A Hypothetical War Limit Aid To A Real One” was responded to by top Kremlin media analyst Victoria Nikiforova, who, in her just released open letter “The US Is Planning A Full-Scale War With Russia”, dissects this Foreign Policy for its true meaning, and states:

“The American military has been fighting in Ukraine for a long time and with might and main – it’s just being done unofficially, it’s like they were soldiers of fortune from Texas and Oklahoma.

And all the frank escalation of the conflict, inexorably leading to a big war, is accompanied by lulling speeches that Washington wants to avoid an open confrontation with Moscow.

To be honest, it’s just unbelievable.

The fig leaf called “Ukraine”, which was supposed to cover up Washington’s plans for a war with Russia, slipped a long time ago and got lost.

Everything speaks for the fact that the matter will not be limited to one Ukrainian direction.  Washington is diligently dragging Georgia and Moldova into the conflict, kindling it in Armenia and Azerbaijan , and is active in Central Asia .

That is, they are trying to turn all post-Soviet countries into a future anti-Russian front.

The fate of Russia is in our hands.  We have nowhere to retreat.” 

Not being told to the American people, this report details, is that their “soldiers of fortunes” are already fighting World War III in Ukraine—are otherwise known as The Mozart Group, that’s composed of Western volunteers with military experience from the United States and Britain and founded by retired US Marine Colonel Andrew Milburn—and after these Mozart Group mercenaries walked into a ambush of awaiting Russian troops last week, their founder Colonel Milburn confirmed “There are about 70% losses in Ukrainian units, the information is true and not an exaggeration”, said that the Ukrainian Army “has an acute problem with replenishing its losses”, then revealed about Ukrainian forces: “Those who go into battle know very little beyond basic training”.

While Ukraine sends untrained soldiers to die by the hundreds-of-thousands, this report notes, this past week it saw Russian television commentators mocking Socialist Leader Biden for leaving behind a “a decorated Marine hero” for “a black lesbian hooked on drugs”, and factually stating: “A nation that spits on it heroes says a lot about America”—and upon returning to Russia after being swapped in a prisoner exchange that left decorated war hero Paul Whalen imprisoned for spying, while drug criminal WNBA black lesbian Brittney Griner walked free, Russian businessman Viktor Bout observed: “What is happening in the West is simply the suicide of civilization…And, if this suicide is not prevented, at least within the non-Western world, within the world that is not controlled by the Anglo-Saxons, then the whole planet will commit suicide…And it may be happening in all areas, with drugs and LGBT+ among them”.

Also not being told to the American people, this report concludes, is that Russian businessman Viktor Bout flew an estimated 1,000 supply missions for the United States in the Iraq War—in factual reality, all of the missions flown by Bout were paid for by socialist Western colonial intelligence services—during his Soviet show trial in America the agents who testified against him referenced the movie Lord of War (as Bout allegedly served as an inspiration for the main character, arms dealer Yuri Orlov), and noted that in his prison papers, instead of his parents’ names, the authorities used names from the Nicholas Cage movie—during this Soviet show trial even the American judge called his activities “ordinary for a businessman”—in needing to keep Bout silent about his work shipping arms for the CIA, however, he was imprisoned, which caused him to observe about the United States: “They’re losing their Christian values…They’re losing their families…It is no longer the America we knew”—and is an observation shared by the majority of the world that now believes World War III is imminent.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

A beyond chilling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting United States government funded scientists at Boston University announcing they have created a new variant of Covid-19 with an 80% mortality rate, by combining the highly-transmissible Omicron variant of the coronavirus with the original Wuhan strain, says in immediate response to this announcement, Director General Shmuel Shapira of the Israel Institute for Biological Research and Chair of the Board of Life Science Research Israel fearfully exclaimed: “This should be totally forbidden, it’s playing with fire…How many times did virologists say they were not making chimeric SARS viruses more deadly?…How many???”—but as to why America is “playing with fire” in creating a virus that can kill 80% of humanity, it was revealed an hour after this announcement was made when top socialist Biden Regime official Secretary of State Antony Blinken proclaimed: “Americans have to be the ones who are at the table who are helping to shape the rules, the norms…If we’re not, if the United States isn’t there, then someone else will be, and these rules are going to get shaped in ways that don’t reflect our values and don’t reflect our interests…The other option is that there is nobody setting the rules, and we’re going to have chaos before we have a world that’s actually organized to try to take advantage of all of the progress that we’re making”.

Along with America proclaiming that it must rule the entire world, and issuing its veiled threat of mass death if it doesn’t get its way, this report notes, it saw United States Space Force commander General Jay Raymond describing the ongoing conflict in Ukraine as “the first war where commercial space capabilities have really played a significant role”—a description joined by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky revealing this morning: “In just over one week of Russian airstrikes targeting Ukrainian energy infrastructure, 30% of the power plants in the country have been destroyed”—and was a revelation quickly followed by air raid sirens going off all across Ukraine as Russian air strikes continue obliterating its energy infrastructure.

In the latest assessment of this conflict that’s actually a de facto war between the Russian Federation and the socialist Western colonial powers, this report continues, world-renowned Indian Foreign Service senior statesman Ambassador MK Bhadrakumar, in his just released open letter “A War Russia Set To Win – The Europeans Have Been Nicely Played By The Americans”, factually reveals:

India should expect the defeat of the United States and NATO, which completes the transition to a multipolar world order.

Two massive terrorist strikes misfired spectacularly and a terrible beauty is born in the Ukraine war.

These two carefully planned attacks in quick succession — on Nord Stream gas pipelines and Crimean Bridge — were intended as a knockout blow to Russia.

According to President Vladimir Putin, people ‘who want to finally sever ties between Russia and the EU, weaken Europe’ are behind the Nord Stream blasts.  He named the US, Ukraine and Poland as ‘beneficiaries’.

Last Wednesday, Russia’s domestic intelligence service FSB identified Ukraine’s military intelligence chief, Kyrylo Budanov, as the mastermind behind the Crimean attack.  The New York Times and Washington Post also pointed fingers at Kiev, quoting ‘sources’.

While Nord Stream-1 has been crippled, one of the strings of Nord Stream-2 remains intact. Putin said last week that the pipeline could be restored and Russia could deliver about 27 billion cubic meters of gas. ‘The ball is on the side of the European Union, if they want — let’s turn on the tap’, he said.

But mum’s the word from Brussels.

It is a profoundly embarrassing moment for the EU.  The triumphalism has vanished as Europe is threatened by years of recession caused by the blowback from sanctions against Russia, where the US insisted on the cut off of energy ties with Moscow.

The EU has now become a captive market for Big Oil and is left to buy LNG from the US at the asking price, which is six to seven times higher than the domestic price in the US. (Contracted price for long-term Russian supply for Germany used to be about $280 per 1,000 cubic meters as against the current market price hovering around $2,000.)

Plainly put, the Europeans have been nicely played by the Americans.

India should take note of the US’ sense of entitlement. Basically, the Biden administration created a contrived energy crisis whose real aim is war profiteering.

The Crimean Bridge attack of October 8 is much more serious.

Zelenskyy has crossed a red line that Moscow had repeatedly warned him against. Putin has disclosed that there have also been three terrorist attacks against the Kursk NPP. Russians will settle for nothing less than the ouster of the Zelenskyy regime.

Russia’s retaliation against Ukraine’s ‘critical infrastructure’, something Moscow refrained from so far, has serious implications.

Since October 9, Russia has begun systematically targeting Ukraine’s power system and railways.

Noted Russian military expert Vladislav Shurygin told Izvestia that if this tempo was kept up for a week or so, it ‘will disrupt the entire logistics of the Ukrainian military — system for transporting personnel, military equipment, ammunition, related cargo, as well as the functioning of military and repair plants’.

The Americans are cocooned in a surreal world of their self-serving narrative that Russia ‘lost’ the war.

In the real world, though, Ivan Tertel, KGB chief in Belarus, who has an insider view of Moscow, said last Tuesday that with Russia boosting its troop strength in the war zone — 300,000 troops who have been mobilised plus 70,000 volunteers — and the deployment of advanced weaponry, ‘the military operation will enter a key phase. According to our estimates, a turning point will come in the period from November of this year to February of next year’.

Policy-makers and strategists in Delhi should make a careful note of the timeline.

The bottom line is, Russia is looking for an all-out victory and will not settle for anything less than a friendly government in Kiev. Western politicians, including Biden, understand that there is nothing stopping the Russians now.  The US’ weapon kitty is running dry as Kiev keeps asking for more.

After Saudi Arabia “sunk the boot” into Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden by revealing his secret plea for OPEC not to cut output before the US midterm elections, this report notes, articles began appearing like “South Africa Confirms Saudi Arabia Will Join BRICS Alliance with China and Russia and Move Away from US with Explosive Consequences”—and in the just published article “Not Only The Saudis: The US Is Losing Another Key Country In The Islamic World”, it’s reveled that Pakistan is moving away from America towards Russia and China as fast it can.

In a childish analysis of what’s occurring in the world, this report continues, the leftist Washington Post, in their article “Leaders Of Democracies Increasingly Echo Putin In Authoritarian Tilt”, assessed: “From Italy to Brazil to the United States, political leaders increasingly are echoing Russian President Vladimir Putin and one another by embracing far-right authoritarianism…In a flurry of elections, some of the world’s major democracies have been leaning toward or outright embracing far-right authoritarian leaders, who have echoed one another by promising to crack down on loose morals, open borders and power-hungry elites”—an assessment countered by top Kremlin media advisor Oksana Boyko and Professor Dmitri Trenin at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, who during their discussion noted: “The great Polish writer Stanislaw Jerzy Lec, who lived to see both the First and Second World Wars, remarked toward the end of his life that we should not expect too much of the end of the world…Given that Death, Famine, War, and Conquest, the four biblical horsemen of the apocalypse, are already riding atop our daily news bulletins, has the world, at least as we knew it, already ended?”.

As to if “the world, at least as we knew it, has already ended”, this report concludes, the highly influential American global business expert Rana Foroohar, in her just published New York Times open letter “Globalism Failed To Deliver The Economy We Need”, knows that it has, and reveals why:

There is so much general confusion, if not outright dread, about the state of the global economy. The war in Ukraine, gyrating gas prices, skyrocketing mortgage rates, the continued fallout of the Covid-19 pandemic and the looming prospect of a recession — all of these factors seem to be coalescing into chaos.

The fear is real. 

But the chaos is transitory, as it is largely driven by the tumult that attends any transition from an old economic order to a new one.

For roughly half a century, our political economy has been based on the governing concept of neoliberalism — the idea that capital, goods and people should be able to cross borders in search of the most productive and profitable returns.

The term “neoliberalism” was coined in 1938, at a Paris gathering of economists, sociologists, journalists and businessmen who were alarmed by what they viewed as the excessive state control of markets after the Great Depression.

For them, the interests of the nation-state and of democracy could pose problems for economic and political stability. The voting public could not be trusted, and thus national interests should be constrained by international laws and institutions so that markets and society could function properly.

Global trade was fully unleashed during the Clinton era, with deals like NAFTA and the eventual accession of China into the W.T.O., which tipped the balance of policy interests between domestic job creation and global market integration toward the latter. The idea was that cheaper consumer prices from imported goods would make up for flatter or even falling wages.

But they didn’t.  Even before the pandemic and the war in Ukraine, the prices of the things that make us middle class — from housing to education and health care — were rising far faster than wages.  That’s still the case, even with recent wage inflation.

The sense that the global economy has become too unmoored from national interests has helped fuel the political populism, nationalism and even fascism that we are grappling with today.

It’s a bitter irony that the very philosophies that were meant to tamp down political extremism did just the opposite when taken too far.

The neoliberal philosophy is tapped out not only in the United States but also abroad.

A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov factually stating: “Russia and China are not seeking to rule the whole world when they implement their bilateral agreements…We know that other countries have such a tendency”, says the main socialist Western colonial power that does seek to “rule the whole world” is the American Empire, about whom the United Nations Office of Sustainable Development (UNSOD) just revealed: “The United States is falling behind its developed-nation peers in checking the boxes of progress…Last year it ranked 32nd out of 193 United Nations member states dropping 11 places in a single year and now trails even Ukraine and Cuba on the list, coming in just ahead of Bulgaria”.

As history has long exampled, this report notes, crumbling empires always resort to war to maintain power, that the fast disintegrating American Empire is now attempting with its NATO military bloc, thus making it no surprise when NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg declared about so-called Ukrainian military advances past week: “This is not the beginning of the end of the war, we have to be prepared for the long haul”—a declaration quickly followed by European Union and NATO member leader Hungarian Presidential Minister Gergely Gulyas factually assessing: “Given Russia’s clear upper hand in Ukraine, the Kremlin can define what constitutes victory and declare that it has been achieved whenever it sees fit”.

When Russia “sees fit” to declare victory in the “Special De-Nazification Operation” to liberate Ukraine, this report continues, will be when all Nazi forces and the socialist Western colonial mercenaries supporting them have been eliminated—and is a systematic threat elimination process the Ministry of Defense (MoD) further revealed about this morning in their urgent war bulletins: “During the fighting in the area of ​​the settlement of Zaitsevo of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the 24th battalion of the neo-Nazi Aidar national formation of the 53rd mechanized brigade lost more than half of its personnel…The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine then withdrew the remnants of the unit to Chasov Yar” and “Russian artillery and Air Force forces landed a series of strikes against Ukrainian command centers and footholds, as well as a local base of the United States private military company helping Kiev’s forces…The mercenary base belonged to the Academi PMC – formerly known as the notorious Blackwater company”.

While the socialist Western colonial powers claim they were forced to respond to unprovoked Russian aggression, this report details, NATO Military Committee Chair Admiral Rob Bauer declared yesterday that the alliance’s efforts to overhaul its command structure have been underway for “several years”, before Russia launched its military operation in Ukraine—a declaration quickly joined by leaked documents exposing Ukrainian attempts to destabilize Russia and draw NATO into a full-scale war with Moscow—immediately upon learning of this long-planned  NATO-Ukraine plot to plunge the world into war, it caused European Union and NATO member former Romanian Foreign Minister Andrei Marga to factually declare: “We are in a very special situation here, and I take this with all responsibility, Ukraine exists in unnatural borders…It should cede Transcarpathia to Hungary, Galicia to Poland, Bukovina to Romania, Donbass and Crimea to Russia…These are the territories of other countries”, then warned: “If an agreement is not reached, there will be no peace in Europe…Without peace, democracy will suffer”—and in quick response, the Ukrainian Embassy in Romania issued the fuming statement: “This is not just unacceptable under any circumstances, but also represents a particularly blatant deviation at a time when Ukraine heroically defends its independence and the security of Europe”.

As to whom Ukraine is actually defending, this report notes, it most certainly isn’t “the security interest of Europe”, whose peoples in Austria, Moldova and France are now marching by the tens-of-thousands demanding an end to this conflict and sanctions against Russia—but as to what Ukraine and its socialist Western colonial powers are really defending themselves against, it was explained by world renowned British political scientists Professor Roger Eatwell and Professor Matthew Goodwin, who after examining the Brexit revolution, the rise of President Donald Trump, and the massive success achieved by governments like Hungary, Poland and Russia, published their 2018 treatise “National Populism: The Revolt Against Liberal Democracy”, wherein it factually assesses:

Across the West, there is a rising tide of people who feel excluded, alienated from mainstream politics, and increasingly hostile towards minorities, immigrants, and neo-liberal economics.

Many of these voters are turning to national populist movements, which have begun to change the face of Western liberal democracy, from the United States to France, Austria to the United Kingdom.

This radical turn, we are told, is a last howl of rage from an aging electorate on the verge of extinction.  Their leaders are fascistic and their politics anti-democratic; their existence a side-show to liberal democracy.

But this version of events, as Roger Eatwell and Matthew Goodwin show, could not be further from the truth.

One of the most complete examinations of the “National Populism: The Revolt Against Liberal Democracy” treatise, this report continues, was performed by Research Director Simon Kaye, Ph.D. at the Project for Modern Democracy think tank, who in his factual analysis wrote:

How did we get to this point?

One of the great themes of recent years has been the befuddlement of not only the establishment, but of established ways of predicting and explaining political events.

Social scientists may instinctively reach for a clarification that involves the economic substructure of society.

But one of the key contentions of Roger Eatwell and Matthew Goodwin’s National Populism is that it is not the economy, stupid: that while the apparent uptick in populist public sentiment and politics is real, economic circumstances are not the key variable that will help us to explain the emergence of an international wave of populist politics that prioritizes national identity and autonomy over globalization and cosmopolitanism.

Eatwell and Goodwin point us toward their ‘four Ds’: ‘distrust’, which highlights the broad success of anti-politics movements as an output from very low levels of public trust in the classical establishment; the ‘destruction’ of long-held notions of communal identity by accelerating patterns of globalization and movement between cultures; ‘deprivation’ brought about by geographic inequalities and the effects of ‘neoliberal’ economics; and ‘de-alignment’, the long-discussed phenomenon of dislocation between personal identity and specific political parties or brands.

National populism may well be here to stay; it behooves us to take this phenomenon seriously, but also to situate it in a grounded understanding of the real world.

With national populist forces laying waste to the socialist Western colonial powers, this report details, last Sunday it saw Sweden falling, after which the leftist Washington Post, in their not “real world” article “Sweden’s Populists Have Surged To Power. Elites Have Only Themselves To Blame”, assessed: “A center-right coalition in Sweden narrowly secured victory on Wednesday, anchored by a national populist party called the Sweden Democrats…This has unnerved many in the West, but it shouldn’t…It’s simply yet another example of how the refusal of elites to deal with the legitimate concerns of voters is fueling populist backlash…National populism is today found in virtually every Western nation…Its adherents tend to come from similar social classes — disproportionally middle-aged workers without high levels of formal education…Immigration and crime are especially powerful issues with these voters, and sure enough that proved true in Sweden. The country took in more asylum seekers per capita than any other country in the European Union during the mid-2010s migrant crisis”.

Coming next Sunday, on 25 September, this report notes, the socialist Western colonial powers will next lose Italy to nationalist populist forces, as revealed in the not “real world” Reuters News Service article “Rightist Alliance Set For Italian Election Victory”, wherein it states: “Polls have consistently shown that a rightist coalition led by the nationalist Brothers of Italy party and also involving the League party and Forza Italia is on course for a clear victory…Brothers of Italy leader Giorgia Meloni would be the likely choice to be the country’s first female prime minister”—in a warning move against Italy, this week it saw terrified socialist European Union leaders declaring that the national populist government of Hungry was an “autocratic power” and moving to strip it of billions-of-dollars—then it saw the socialist European Commission unveiling sweeping new press laws to crack down on disinformation, that they don’t even define—and in a move of lunatic desperation, the socialist Biden Regime sent out a US intelligence cable warning that Russia might be interfering in the Italian election.
